The "Measures for the Graded Cultivation of High-Quality Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" has been released and will come into effect on April 1st.

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology revised and released the "Gradient Cultivation Management Measures for High-Quality Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", which will further improve the development ecosystem for high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, providing clearer growth paths and stronger policy support for a wide range of small and medium-sized enterprises, including those in the pharmaceutical packaging industry.

Most pharmaceutical packaging production enterprises in our country are small and medium-sized enterprises, and they are an important force in ensuring drug safety and promoting the innovation and upgrading of the industry. The new "Measures" not only optimize the recognition standards, strengthen the guidance on key indicators such as R&D investment, intellectual property rights, and international market share, but also introduce an active discovery mechanism and "double random" review mechanism to enhance the precision and fairness of cultivation.

The association will continue to pay close attention to policy developments, actively assist member enterprises in connecting with cultivation resources, and help enterprises follow the "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" development path.
